Adex Personnel is looking for a buisness developement agent/ account representative to join our team. The incumbent's mandate will be to stimulate sales & revenues and to grow the business. You will be in charge of offering outstanding customer service and brining in new clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement client attraction strategies;
- Develop the client portfolio and negotiate offers;
- Remain receptive to different business opportunities in the market;
- Maintain good business relationships with clients;
- Participate in networking events;
- Perform all other tasks related to the position.
Requirements:
- College or university degree in a related field;
- Experience in business development and sales;
- Knowledge of recruitment processes will be considered an asset;
- Ability to juggle priorities and good stress management;
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
- Strong computer skills: social networks, Ms Office, etc;
- Attention to detail, thoroughness and organizational skills;
- Bilingualism required;
- Possession of a vehicle (asset).
