Adex Personnel is looking for an Accounting Technician (M/F) to join one of its partners, a company specialized in construction, located in Montreal.

Responsibilities :

  • Accounting and administration ;
  • Coordination and verification of invoicing in collaboration with the project managers;
  • Management of accounts payable and accounting in Maestro;
  • Application of deductions, management of releases and denunciations;
  • Preparation and analysis of periodic reports;
  • Follow-up on extras and finish selections;
  • Perform any other related work tasks;

Requirements:

  • Flexibility of schedule ;
  • Knowledge of computer tools;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Be autonomous, responsible and conscientious;
  • Mastery of Maestro and Excel software;
