Adex Personnel is looking for a Electromechanical Technician for one of its partners, a large manufacturer of pneumatic & hydraulic actuators and electrical control packages.

Responsibilities:

The Electromechanical Technician's functions are to perform assembly, integration, and testing of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic assemblies. They will also be responsible for the programming of devices such as digital positioners. They will have to ensure the good functionality and quality of the assembled equipment and to complete the lists of components if necessary.

Specific tasks and not limited to:

1. Electrical panels

- assembly of components in electrical cabinets

- wiring of electrical components

- electrical testing

- writing test reports

2. Hydraulic and servo-hydraulic actuators

- assembly of hydraulic control components on actuators

- assembly of mechanical components on actuators

- assembly of electrical components on actuators

- preparation, bending and installation of hydraulic piping

- wiring of electrical components

- hydraulic and electrical tests

- writing of test reports

3. Pneumatic actuators

- assembly of pneumatic control components on actuators

- assembly of mechanical components on actuators

- assembly of electrical components on actuators

- preparation, bending and installation of pneumatic piping

- wiring of electrical components

- programming, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical tests

- writing of test reports

4. General duties

- assist in the inventory of components and parts

- preparation of equipment for work in progress according to the documentation provided

- general cleaning of work areas

- inspection of products (incoming & outgoing, including photographs for reference)

- ensure good teamwork

5. Travel may be required for site services/commissioning of pneumatic, hydraulic and/or electrical equipment

Requirements:

At least 3 years experience in a relevant role in a manufacturing environment preferred.

- Excellent teamwork skills, good communication skills and positive attitude

- Ability to learn quickly

- Be punctual and diligent at work

- Responsible, detail oriented and quality oriented.

- French and functional English required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Day shift

- Monday to Friday
