Adex Personnel is looking for a Strategic Advisor – Governance and Organizational Development (M/F) on behalf of one of its partners, a recognized leader in technological transformation. 

In this position, you will be working on a client project within the health sector over a period of six (6) months, in the city of Montreal. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in the resolution of problems affecting the assets for which he is responsible.
  • Act as a reference for support teams.
  • Ensure the updating of documentation of the systems for which he is responsible.
  • Provide advice to clients regarding the evolution of the information asset of which he is the expert.
  • Ensure the global vision so that the acquisition, evolution, and management of assets are done in a coherent way.
  • Ensure compliance (legal, security, CCSMTL orientation, etc.) and optimization of the assets for which he is responsible.
  • Follow up with the supplier. 

Requirements: 

  • Hold a university degree with a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
  • Cumulate a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in information technology, in the health and social services sector.
  • Have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in IT project management.
  • Have carried out two (2) mandates to develop a governance model for information resources in the Quebec health and social services network.
  • Cumulate a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in an IT management position.
  • Have managed major strategic projects and could manage change within these mandates.
  • Experience in strategic analysis, organizational development, and strategic communication.
  • Demonstrates organizational involvement and fluency in defining and implementing strategies for significant structural change.
  • Have participated in large-scale clinical informatization projects as well as regional, supra-regional or provincial IT projects.
  • Have completed strategic plans, developed information resource management frameworks, and participated in the implementation of IT portfolio management processes.
  • Multiple experience in similar projects.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of one or more aspects of clinical informatics.
  • Possess skills in coaching and consulting services to senior decision-making bodies as well as in the development of communication strategies applied to a reorganization context.
  • Strong skills in facilitating and managing work sessions.
  • Ability to synthesize, communicate and write documents at the strategic level in the context of complex and large-scale mandates.
  • Demonstrate a mastery of issues related to the governance and organization of the health and social services network.
