Projects Manager (M/F)

Adex Personnel is looking for a Projects Manager (M/F) on behalf of one of its partners, a leader in digital strategy and transformation.
In this position, you will be working on a client project within the finance industry.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Projects, Wealth Management and Life and Health Insurance Department is looking for a candidate for various large-scale and high-visibility projects under its responsibility. Deliverables require extensive alignment with different teams and suppliers. The projects have a technological component and a business component.
- Carry out detailed planning of the activities and the approach of the deliverables entrusted taking into account the issues, complexity, stakeholders and alignments of the project, both for the Business and IT components
- Propose all contribution deliverables to meet project business objectives and priorities in accordance with agreed agreements, costs and schedules
- Approve the deliverables of the contribution while respecting the decision points specific to his sector
- Develop the analysis of risks, impacts and related strategies taking into account the different factors in order to reduce the level of risk of the contribution
- Carry out the operational coordination of the people involved in the contribution, the project and the various interrelated projects, see to the quality control of the work, the identification of standards, methods and procedures to be applied for the contribution
- Monitor and report
- Follow up with external suppliers to ensure compliance with agreements
- Mobilize diverse teams and coordinate the work of many stakeholders.
- Manage the requested changes, the experimentation of solutions and the implementation strategy according to his area of expertise.
- Develop or apply knowledge transfer strategies to different clienteles according to his area of expertise.
- Diagnose the needs or problems to be solved.
- Use, efficiently, the practices, methodologies, project management tools of his sector and produce management and monitoring information.
Requirements :
- Demonstrate more than eight (8) years of experience in project management, in a structured environment with recognized development methodology.
- Demonstrated experience in managing medium to large projects: more than $5M.
- Experience in application system development and implementation.
- Experience in project management with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in project management in the field of Wealth Management and / or Life and Health Insurance (asset).
- Spoken and written bilingualism, French and English (asset).
- Experience in external supplier management (essential).
- Political common sense.
- Able to interact with multiple stakeholders at the same time.
