Director Network Security and Infrastructure (M/F)

Adex Personnel is looking for a Director - Networks, Security and Infrastructure to join one of its partners, a recognized leader in technological transformation.

Reporting to management and working with a team of IT experts, you will ensure the efficient handling of our customers' requests while being actively involved in the operational management of your department.

By relying on your strong customer service skills and your mobilizing leadership, you will effectively contribute to the satisfaction of our customers and the development of our employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to business development within the framework of specific mandates
  • Implement programs and actions to promote customer retention
  • Establish an overall vision of the client's infrastructure in order to be able to submit technological optimization recommendations to them
  • Analyze our clients' needs and determine the appropriate strategy to meet them (in terms of planning, budgeting, resource allocation, etc.)
  • Contribute to the preparation of proposals and present them to clients
  • Carry out IT management mandates for certain major clients
  • Ensure the efficient handling of customer requests according to the proper prioritization and the workload and strengths/abilities of the various team members
  • Take an active part in human resources management (involvement in the hiring process of candidates, team mobilization and compliance with internal policies, etc.)
  • Guide and direct the teams as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of management experience in the IT field
  • Experience and strong ability to manage people
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite environments
  • Significant project management skills
  • Good command of French and English (written/oral)
  • Experience in a small to medium size business (asset)
