Sales Project Manager

Adex Personnel is looking for a Sales Project Manager for its business partner, a leading international company developing state-of-the-art sorting, waste management and recycling technologies. Located in Plessisville.

The Sales Project Manager's main mandate is to create solutions for a more responsible future.

Responsibilities :

  • You will interact with several departments and experts within the organization;
  • You will be in close communication with our external sales team deployed in Canada, the United States and England;
  • You will design turnkey solutions for waste and recycling management based on the needs of our customers;
  • You will be able to develop the layout plans, produce the bids for these turnkey projects and make the presentation to the client;
  • You will have the opportunity to accompany the project team throughout the realization of the projects sold;
  • You will be able to participate in national and international exhibitions to increase the visibility of the organization on the recycling and waste management scene;
  • You will be a change agent within the sales team and the organization.

Requirements :

  • You have a well-developed sense of process engineering and the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously;
  • You are a good communicator and have good interpersonal skills;
  • You are a self-starter and a dynamic team player;
  • You have a good work structure, a critical and logical mind;
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Bilingualism, both oral and written;
  • University degree (BAC) or college diploma (DEC) in engineering or relevant experience;
  • Mastery of SolidWorks or AutoCAD software;
  • Mastery of the Office 365 suite (i.e. Words, Excel, Teams, etc.).
