ADEX is looking for a Logistics Specialist (M/F) for one of its partners, experts in manufacturing engineering and product development, in several sectors of activity, you can join the team in the Boisbriand or Brossard offices.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the opportunity to Propose strategies to reduce costs and improve supply chain logistics procedures; optimize material requirements planning (MRP) and inventory strategies as well as warehouse operations with the WMS in place.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and determine ways to optimize inventory, improve service levels and reduce total costs ;
- Optimize short and long term planning and inventory control practices;
- Actively participate in the physical warehouse layout and WMS implementation;
- Propose and implement ERP inventory parameters;
- Build and propose monthly reports and performance indicators;
- Diagnose and make recommendations regarding warehouse activities and performance;
- Optimize material requirements planning (MRP) and inventory strategies and warehouse operations with the existing WMS;
- Develop tools to improve logistics performance;
- Define specifications, prepare tender documents and evaluate proposals received for logistics (3PL) and transportation services;
- Optimize, standardize and document key processes related to the sector, and participate in training.
Requirements:
- Mastery of logistics / Procurement / Cost and inventory management / Planning / Definition of specifications /
- Experience: minimum 2 years
- Knowledge of 2 or 3 ERPs such as SAP.
- Bilingual profile - Intermediate English and French - Excellent
- You have a high sense of priorities and a certain autonomy;
- You demonstrate collaborative leadership and strong interpersonal skills
- You have a good understanding of production and logistics concepts
- You have a global vision of manufacturing operations;
- You are results-oriented and problem-solving;
- You have the ability to develop and coach resources in their project;
