Responsibilities:
- Take orders received by phone, email, fax or E-Lub app and enter into the system according to schedule and deadlines
- Take customer service calls, including delivery and billing issues, etc.
- Inform customer of inventory, availability time, delivery date.
- Inform customer of inventory, availability, delivery date.
- Determine the status of open orders and manage urgent cases: check in SAP and communicate with purchasing, planning, production and inform customers to maximize their satisfaction.
- verify status with production and shipping.
- Communicate with customers to follow up on problem resolution and related costs and delays.
- Prepare price quotes upon request from customers, representatives or managers for contract customers (i.e. Hydro-Quebec, Bombardier, etc.): verify and enter prices and ship to the requestor.
- Prepare requests for product returns, with prior authorization as required.
- All related tasks.
Requirements:
- Possess a DEP in Customer Service or other related discipline;
- At least one year experience;
- Ability to manage stress;
- Very autonomous person;
- Computer proficiency;
- Dynamism, leadership and good stress management;
- French : fluent- English : Fluent.
- Good knowledge of SAP, an asset;
