Production supervisor
Adex Personnel is looking for a production supervisor for one of its partners, a company in food industry located in Montérégie.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the team achieves the production objectives by respecting the quality requirements and delivery schedules;
- Plan and implement production activities and manage a team in accordance with company policies and strategies established by management;
- Supervise production tasks and employees according to the company's needs;
- Ensure the training of production employees;
- Ensure good communication between the production lines and other departments;
- Mobilize his team by engaging them and establishing harmonious relationships;
- All other related tasks.
Profile
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of management experience in the food industry;
- Excellent listening and communication skills;
- Excellent sense of urgency, planning and organization;
- Strong time and stress management skills;
- Strong time management and stress management skills; Team player and go-getter;
- Good level of English.
