Services Management Consultant (M/F)

Adex Personnel is looking for a Services Management Consultant (M/F) on behalf of one of its partners, a leader in digital strategy and transformation.

In this position, you will be working on a client project within the digital sector.

Responsibilities:

· Collect, identify customer needs;

· Conduct needs analyses to identify solution scenarios, technological objectives, make business hypotheses and conduct economic evaluations of each scenario by determining the optimal cost structure(s):

· Follow the file of these clients to ensure the quality of the services and solutions rendered;

· Maintain the relationship with these clients in order to maintain constant and regular communication to ensure their satisfaction throughout their service agreement.

· Coordinate meetings or committees with clients when required;

· Evaluate opportunities for the evolution of business solutions and technologies (commercialization support, opportunity analysis and development of specific offers – including transition solutions);

· Offer consulting support to clients and carry out customer relations;

· Operate client service agreements;

· Document the business models of our clients;

· Produce recommendations for action and advise project teams on operational issues that may affect clients;

· Participate in change management activities (communication, training and support of the organization or client resources) related to the evolution of services and solutions;

· Ensure, where appropriate, the external and internal communications required for sound service management;

· Contribute to plan, organize, direct and control all activities inherent to maintain the relationship with customers.

· Produce the following deliverables:

Administrative documents necessary for decision-making;

Analysis;

Agenda;

Account;

Communiqué;

Record of follow-up of actions or decisions;

Register of outstanding items;

Any other document, tool or deliverable underlying the above responsibilities.

Requirements :

· Hold a diploma of college studies (DEC) in office automation, administration or information technology.

· Demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field of business administration, engineering, information technology or telecommunications;

·Demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years of experience, as a service management specialist, in mandates carried out in the field of information technology or telecommunications, in at least one of the following areas:

(a) planning and improving service delivery;

(b) development projects;

(c) management and operation of service agreements and major contracts;

(d) marketing and customer management;

e) customer support and customer relationship management.

This experience must have been acquired within the last nine (9) years preceding the date of submission of tenders.

The work in service management aims to ensure operational support for customers as well as to ensure that requests, complaints, and problems raised are resolved to their satisfaction.
