Adex Personnel is looking for a Business Analyst (M/F) to join one of its partners, a recognized leader in technological transformation. 

In this position, you will be involved in a client project within the training sector, over a period of Eleven (11) months with possibility of renewal, in a Hybrid formula in Quebec City. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with ITD's Information Resource Support and Financial Management teams to improve business and project portfolio management practices.
  • Support the teams in the logical structuring of information to meet the needs of a project portfolio continuum, benefits management, business management, internal and governmental accountability and the underlying tools applied to an IT context.
  • Analyze, model and document processes.
  • Facilitate workshops
  • Issue recommendations when required.
  • Act as the person responsible for the evolution of the business component associated with his sector.
  • Act as a liaison between business and information technology.
  • Design or participate in the design of solutions.
  • Support the organization's business unit in analyzing business needs, conducting opportunity studies, solving problems and optimizing processes.
  • Collaborate in the implementation of projects and the achievement of their objectives. 

Requirements: 

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in an IT professional role, including at least four (4) years in a business analyst role on multiple mandates.
  • Experience in process mapping and modeling.
  • Have completed at least one process optimization mandate and know how to master the associated methodologies.
  • Experience in process implementation coaching.
  • Experience with design thinking principles.
  • Experience in the implementation of Agile projects.
  • Knowledge of Agile project management, governance, product management and government reporting applied to an information technology context.
