Adex Personnel is looking for an Administrative Coordinator for one of its business partners, a company specialized in offering technological solutions to businesses and located in Victoriaville. In order to serve its customers for the management of their IT assistance requests.

The person in charge of the position must be a reliable person who will be able to ensure the accomplishment of administrative mandates, by coordinating the various steps and stakeholders. You will have to work on several stimulating files in parallel and will interact on a daily basis with the various collaborators and directors of the organization. You will thrive in this position if you like to perform diversified tasks and want things to be well coordinated, followed up and delivered.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and suppliers (sporadically)
  • Take and manage administrative calls
  • Distribute parcels according to the recipient
  • Receive computer equipment
  • Participate in the realization of various administrative tasks and follow up on them until final completion
  • Request bids/permits and coordinate activities with suppliers/partners during the execution of contracts/agreements
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of our buildings by our suppliers (maintenance team and other professionals)
  • Manage our commercial tenants (lease administration, visits etc.)
  • Participate in the deployment of various administrative processes;
  • Verify expense accounts;
  • Participate in the realization of all other administrative tasks that can help other departments.
