Adex Personnel is looking for a Customer Service Advisor for a business partner located in Montreal, Ville St-Laurent. A large tool and equipment rental company.

Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of the customer experience in the branch; from identifying the need and creating a contract to explaining the operation of the equipment;

- Explain to the customer the proper operation and safe use of the tool or equipment as needed; 

- Upon return from rental, ensure customer satisfaction and proceed with the summary verification and cleaning of tools or equipment;

- Collaborate with the entire team to ensure the proper functioning and image of the branch (maintenance of the premises, inventory, etc.).

Requirements :

- 1 year or more experience in customer service;

- Knowledge of tools and equipment (asset);

- Courteous and social;

- Good communication skills;

- Comfortable in a computerized environment;

-Bilingualism (ATOUT), French : fluent- English : intermediate
