Adex Personnel is looking for a Project Manager for a world’s leading provider of aeronautical data, to join the team in Montreal and work within the US customers. The partner is based in Montreal.

REQUIREMENTS
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience
• At least 2 years of customer facing experience
• Agile project management experience
• Experience managing complex technical software implementation projects
• Strong business acumen and relationship skills needed to build partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project; Milestones or Primavera experience is a plus
• Fluency in English
• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• PMP certification (An asset)
• Other languages (French, Spanish) - (An asset)
• Aviation industry expertise, ideally in the area of crew management solutions - (An asset)

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Schedule Management: Create and maintain a project schedule for each project by identifying and monitoring: overall project timeline, project milestones, tasks, deliverables, customer requirements, task dependencies, and critical paths
• Cross Functional Leadership: Provide leadership, direction and integrate activities with other departments, Boeing and Jeppesen vendors and partners to ensure successful implementation and support. Facilitation and roll out of PM best practices
• Issue/Risk Management: Anticipate and identify risks and issues that may impact implementation and develop and implement mitigation and corrective actions
• Scope: Ensure that the project remains focused on key objectives and goals. Develop and manage project expectations ensuring all applicable functional areas in Jeppesen are engaged on the project
• Communication Management: Create and maintain a communication plan
• Change Management: Ensure proper change management procedures are followed to make sure that scope is managed and additional work is captured and appropriately billed to customer
