Adex Personnel is looking for an Account Manager for one of its partners, a manufacturing performance consulting firm located in Montreal.

In this position, you will make your clients more efficient thanks to your talent of course, but also thanks to the resources and the unmatched multidisciplinary expertise of our partner's service offering. You will participate in market development strategies in the greater Montreal area up to the South Shore and ensure the prospecting of new clients.

Responsibilities :


- Participate in market intelligence and development strategies;

- Ensure the prospecting of new markets;

- Participate in networking and trade shows;

- Meet with clients;

- Present our partner's service offering;

- Work in collaboration with operations and human resources;

- Position the company as a strategic partner with its customers;


Requirements :


- Hold an MBA, BAC in engineering, administration or a combination of education/experience deemed relevant;

- A minimum of 5 years experience in sales of services and 5 years experience in manufacturing or consulting;

 - Experience in selling complex services;

- Understand the role of operations within a company as well as project management;

- Master digital tools and social networks;

- Bilingualism (French and English);

- Bilingualism (French and English); Talent for consultative selling and prospecting;

- Enjoy talking to decision makers in the manufacturing sector;

- Excellent influencing and negotiating skills;

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clients, colleagues and partners;

- Have entrepreneurial qualities;

- Have a good capacity of analysis and synthesis;

- Be dynamic and oriented towards obtaining concrete results;

- Have a highly developed sense of organization, be rigorous and able to manage several priorities simultaneously;

- Be positive and innovative;

- Demonstrate tenacity and perseverance;

- Experience in selling complex services (asset);
