Adex Personnel is looking for an Electromechanic. For its partner, a leader in industrial packaging solutions.
The mission of the Electromechanic is to improve the reliability of production equipment while contributing to the reduction of maintenance costs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to increase equipment reliability (predictive, preventive, systematic replacement, modification, etc.)
- Perform technical reports, manage performance indicators and reliability action plans
- Administer the preventive maintenance program, follow up on verifications and planned corrective actions
- Work to reduce run times through, among other things, a weekly review of the master schedule
- Manage automation and labor reduction projects: identify projects and conduct feasibility studies, as well as ensure compliance with the approval process and timelines
Requirements:
- Relevant Academic Background
- Experience in a manufacturing environment an asset
- Mastery of analytical and problem solving methods
- Knowledge and experience in implementing practices and procedures aimed at operational excellence
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills, rigor, good leadership, ability to manage change
- Autonomy and resourcefulness
- Dynamism and creativity
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
